Noa Wildschut is not only an exceptional violinist but also a writer of wonderful poetry. Her love of language has made her a great admirer of award-winning author Joke van Leeuwen. It now appears that this is a mutual admiration has led to a collaboration especially developed for the Oranjewoud Festival. Noa is joined by other prominent young musicians in playing some of her favourite pieces. In her typically original and humorous style, Joke frames the music with words to draw in the audience. The result is a gem of a performance sure to be enjoyed by young and old alike.
