This year, Ruben and Imke of Culivents will provide the dinners. The passion for tasty and honest cooking has been instilled in them from an early age. Imke knows everything about the history and traditions surrounding Dutch cuisine and is also an orthomolecular nutritionist. Ruben is a cook with an unbridled imagination and boundless energy. Sustainability and cooking with local and fair products is a common thread through all menus. The flavors and their stories caress ears, eyes and papillae.
